Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through every living thing, and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress or energetic overload, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy, healthy and clear headed. Reiki is incredibly relaxing and is done fully clothed, with light touch. Crystals and sound healing may be used as well.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage focuses on flowing, kneading movements to relax the muscles and joints to relieve pain, increase health and flexibility while releasing stress and tension.
